Many airports limit curbside waiting at pickup areas.

As a result, riders may need to reach the designated pickup area before requesting a ride.
Real Experiences:
After returning to Chicago's O'Hare Airport, I struggled to locate the Uber pickup area. I switched between apps, signs and even asked staff for directions before finally reaching the correct pickup location.

This project taught me that even the most useful features can fail if users don't discover them at the right moment. A great user experience isn't just about creating new functionality. It's about making existing features easy to find, understand, and use when they matter most.
By helping users navigate a complex airport and better coordinate their pickup, thoughtful design can reduce uncertainty, lower cognitive load, and create a smoother travel experience. 🚗🥰
